Story
During my childhood, I lived with my grandparents in a mountain village that lacked both a store and a doctor. I learned how to use fresh vegetables and herbs to make drinks that promote health and improve daily life. Dandelion, a seasonal wild vegetable, often graced our family dinner table. It is also utilized in traditional Eastern medicine for its detoxifying properties, aiding digestion and reducing inflammation.
