Story
This drink comes from my grandmother’s recipe for my great-grandfather in the mountain village where I grew up. I helped her make ginger soup with fresh ingredients from our backyard. My great-grandfather lived to be over 98, and the villagers called it “Longevity Ginger.” I later discovered Pu'er tea, a fermented black tea with health benefits. I combined it with my grandmother’s recipe and added dried orange peels and pure honey. These ingredients may help slow fat breakdown, boost metabolism, relieve bloating, and improve digestion while supporting cholesterol levels and liver health.
