Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (bottled tea and pickles), we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at wisemouthlei@gmail.com within 28 hours of delivery. Include:

• Order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, they are processed and shipped quickly to ensure freshness.
