At Wise Mouth, we take pride in the quality and integrity of our products. Because of the nature of our items and industry regulations around consumer packaged goods, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we recommend donating or responsibly discarding any remaining product.

Purchases from Third-Party Sellers

If you bought a Wise Mouth product through a third-party retailer (including unofficial Amazon sellers), please be aware that we are unable to process refunds or returns for those orders. You’ll need to contact the retailer directly regarding their return policy.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, or incorrect, please reach out to our team at support@wisemouth.com to open a support ticket. We’ll do our best to make things right. If the issue cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, we will issue a full or partial refund based on the circumstances.

Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
